Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Progent Team Portal (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including administrators, registered users, and any other persons who access the Service.

Description of Service

Progent Team Portal is a web-based application that provides authenticated access to database views, reporting tools, and related administrative features. The Service includes user authentication, data visualization, and application management capabilities.

User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account or be provided with credentials by a system administrator. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying your system administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating or updating your account.

SMS Messaging Terms

Progent Team Portal offers SMS text messaging as an optional method of two-factor authentication (2FA) for account security. By providing your mobile phone number and enabling SMS-based 2FA, you agree to the following:

• You consent to receive SMS text messages from Progent Team Portal at the phone number you provide for security verification purposes, including 2FA codes, password reset codes, and account security alerts.
• Message frequency varies based on your login activity. You will typically receive one (1) message per login attempt or password reset request.
• Message and data rates may apply. Consult your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
• You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
• SMS consent is not required as a condition of using the Service. Alternative authentication methods (authenticator apps, email-based 2FA) are available.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users’ accounts, or connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its supporting infrastructure.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Use the Service for any purpose other than its intended business use.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Service operator and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, its users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
